He has spent his career at the intersection of high-risk underwriting and merchant enablement — helping RUO peptide brands, telehealth clinics, and compounding pharmacies secure durable processing solutions when mainstream processors say no. Alex leads PepPay's processor relationships, compliance strategy, and merchant placement.

David is Co-Founder & CFO of PepPay, a seasoned executive with more than 25 years of proven success leading sales and operations across both consumer and commercial lines of business.

His career spans banking, finance, software, healthcare, mortgage, and collections — with deep private-equity experience and particular emphasis on the banking and healthcare verticals. At PepPay, David oversees finance, operations, and institutional partnerships, bringing an operator's discipline to every merchant engagement.
